Accurate Machine and Tool Co., Inc. was founded in 1991 by President Jimmie Wilder. The company began as a one man job-shop manufacturing endeavor, and has grown into one of the most reliable contract manufacturing companies in the Southeast.

Over 10 years of experience in making precision-machined parts has given Accurate Machine the knowledge and skills to provide its customers with the best professional machining services. Their machines are designed to produce close tolerance, burr, and tip-free parts. They offer a wide range of material geometries that can serve a great number of industrial needs. Accurate Machine has worked with a variety of industries, including: electronics, turf care, pharmaceutical, environmental, automation robotics, cellular phone, and packaging.

Accurate Machine cooperates with customers to explore the economics of both high and low volume production. They are well acquainted with producing prototypes, mass orders, and can accommodate situations of urgent need. They can also operate using your company’s prints, sketches, or old parts to offer design assistance.

They have a fully staffed quality department, headed by a full-time Quality Coordinator as well as a full time inspector. It is the company’s goal is to continue manufacturing quality machine parts in the United States and provide its customers with unparalleled service and parts.

Jimmie Wilder-- President and Owner

Jimmie Wilder is a native to Raleigh, North Carolina. He got started in the machining business after receiving two degrees from Wake Technical Community College in Machine Shop / Tool and Die. Before founding Accurate Machine, Jimmie worked at a local nuclear gauge manufacturer and spent ten years in the plastics molding industry. With a concentrated background in machining he began Accurate Machine and Tool Company as a one man shop. Under his guidance it has since become a successful contract manufacturing company that employs 30-40 machinists and workers and occupies a 20,588 square foot facility.
